Spring Break Adventure

This Spring Break has been a lazy week for us all.  The boys have either had a friend over or spent the night with a friend every night this week.  They have had ball practice most every day or night, but other than that we've just played the week by ear.  That's so nice for a change!

But one day we went on a little out-of-town adventure.  My Mom wanted to take the boys to do something they would really enjoy...a day all about them.  We hit the road & our first stop was Johnny Rockets.
Those greasy burgers are the best!

Then it was off to the Lego store.
The lego wall was just about more excitement than this boy could stand.
You have your choice of different size containers & you pay a flat fee for how many ever you can shove, pack, force into the container.  I'll just say it was a  tough decision for him.

This little boy had so much fun at this station
where you build your own 3-pack of mini figures.
He had his choice of one head, one torso, one set of legs, one hair or hat & one accessory.  He loved this so much that he decided to make 2 packs.

And Baby Cakes entertained herself with the Mega Blocks.

After stuffing our faces with our favorite cookies, Cynfie treated Baby Cakes to her very first Carousel ride.  A ride that she wasn't quite sure if she liked or not.

Thank you Cynfie for a wonderful fun-filled day!
