We're Going on a Nature Walk

We're going on a nature walk, we're gonna have fun...

Look there's grass & fallen leaves.  We can't go over them, we can't go under them, we'll have to run through them....

{crunch crunch, crunch crunch}

Look there's a pond.  Mama won't let me go through it, she made me walk around it...

{pouty stomp, pouty stomp}

Look at the trees & all their pretty colors.  Mama won't let me climb them, only let me touch them....

{oooohhh, ahhhhhh, oooohhh, ahhhhhh}

Look there's tracks.  Lots & Lots of tracks.  Mama won't let me touch them...

{whine a little, whine a little}

Had to stop & call Daddy to tell him about those tracks...

{"Daddy see deer tracks!" "Daddy see deer tracks!"}

Look there's our house!  Mama says it's time to go back...

{run, skip, run, skip}

We went on a nature walk!  We had lots of fun!
