Thankful Thursday...the Mama Edition

*I am thankful for my Mama! She's not just my Mama, she's my best friend. We talk most everyday...several times a day. And, mostly about nothing important...just me griping about sorting through mounds of laundry or her bragging about her latest find at the thrift store. I am so thankful to have my Mama close by & can't imagine how those of you who don't can survive without them!

*I am thankful for my mother-in-law! She is the best! I love that I can call her just to chat. I appreciate that she does so many nice things for us. But, mostly I'm just grateful that she raised a wonderful man & that she loves us all!

*I am thankful to be a Mama! I don't know what I ever did before these kiddos came along (well besides got lots of sleep, weighed a lot less & had closet(s) full of nice clothes & shoes to match every outfit), but it sure wasn't as worthwhile as what I do with them. It's the funnest job! I feel so blessed to have kids that (most days) don't make it seem like a thankless job.

*I am thankful to have friends that are Mamas! Motherhood is definitely a trip! What on earth would I do without friends to share this crazy journey with... to dispense advice, to laugh with me, laugh at me, give me a reality check & to have friends that get just as excited as I do about a girls night out!
