I've been reading all these posts on blogs & Facebook about how excited everyone is about the arrival of Fall. If you know me at all, then you know that you won't be reading that on my blog or status updates on Facebook. It's not that I hate Fall, I just don't like knowing what's coming after Fall. I'm such summer girl!
However, I've been trying to get myself in a Fall mood. I've bought all the kiddos new pants that are actually long enough...scored some better-than-usual-deals at gap{dot}com.
I've started pulling out some Fall-ish decorations.
Don't you LOVE this sign that my Mom picked up for us at one of my most favorite stores? I remember saying this when I was a kid & now my boys say it...with an extra verse or two.
I picked up these super fun placemats at Goodwill.
Just in case you don't already know, Goodwill gets Target's left-overs!
Someone has been wearing some really cute Halloween pj's that her Grammy got her.
And, I got a little crafty & came up with these little Halloween picture frames using some scraps that I got from the scrap pile in Ryan's cabinet shop.

The only good thing about fall is that means Christmas is coming and I LOVE decorating for Christmas!

I'm with you....I HATE being cold, and I've already put the electric blanket on my bed b/c Jon opened all the windows! Fall's not so bad, but Winter, on the other hand...
